Rita Hills/Santa Barbara County, crafting high-quality but affordable wines that really showcase the region. Their Pinot Noir, sourced from the famous La Encantada vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills AVA, just screams "Sta. Rita Hills!" They have captured what makes this area unique for Pinot Noir. The wine is full-bodied, dark fruit-forward and earthy, but with a low alcohol content. We exclusively source grapes grown in coastal vineyards, showcasing the diverse, responsibly farmed varietals that thrive in Santa Barbara County’s unique maritime climate.
Style: 7% whole cluster. Balance - whole berry destemm (no crushers). Locked tank lid, inert / anaerobic fermentation. This is a partial carbonic - the methods utilized intended to pump UP the fruit elements to balance the earthiness.
